Brian Hall – A Journey of Leadership and Service
This month, we are turning a spotlight on Brian Hall, one of our Senior Consultants, whose professional journey and commitment to service offer a compelling story of leadership both inside and outside the workplace.
Brian’s path to Attivo ERP reflects a blend of technical expertise and a deep sense of purpose. With an accounting degree from Mississippi College, he initially pursued certification as a CPA but soon found his passion leaning toward computer programming and enterprise resource planning.
This shift led him to co-found AIM Technologies in 2000, and eventually to his current role at The Attivo Group, where he focuses on integrating complex business systems to help our clients thrive.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brian’s dedication to service has been a defining aspect of his life. A personal health challenge and a meaningful volunteer experience in Russian orphanages inspired a renewed commitment to making a difference! This commitment found a natural home in the Rotary Club of Covington, Louisiana, which Brian joined in 2007.
Over the years, Brian has taken on numerous leadership roles within Rotary, from organizing community fundraisers to spearheading impactful initiatives like the annual holiday meal program that provides thousands of fully cooked turkey dinners to families facing food insecurity during the holidays.
His work with the Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Rotary Action Group further underscores his focus on sustainable, generational change—bringing clean water to communities in need.
In 2025, Brian began a two-year term as a Director on the Rotary International Board where he applies his background in business and technology to help guide the organization’s digital strategy and IT infrastructure.
His involvement with Rotary has also included roles such as district governor, training leader, and sergeant-at-arms at multiple international conventions—each experience enriching his leadership perspective.
Brian’s story is a reminder that leadership is often measured not just by the roles we hold but by the lasting impact we create and the inspiration we provide to others.
