Fulham Global is a lighting component manufacturer, offering powered lighting, emergency and control all under one roof. 

We interviewed the Fulham team to find out more insights about their Cloud services with Attivo. 

  1. What prompted you to move to the Attivo Cloud?  Our onsite server hardware was aging out, we realized that we were due for upgrade. 
  2. How was your service with Attivo? Wonderful.  Attivo was very responsive and ready to help us every step of the way. 
  3. Did your implementation go smoothly? Yes, our implementation went smoothly and without a hitch. 
  4.  Are you satisfied with your cloud experience? Yes – we are happy that we finally made the switch to a cloud solution and after going through the migration happy it was with Attivo that made the process easy. 
  5. Would you recommend the Attivo Cloud and staff to others?  Yes. The entire team was efficient, effective and well-trained. 
  6. Can you elaborate on your experience? Attivo (Josh Eddy) is very familiar with our Macola ERP system and was knowledgeable about the migration quirks specific to Macola. Any other generic hosting solution would not be able to have provided that support. 
  7. Would you recommend Attivo to other companies? Yes, without a doubt. 
  8. Is your current system meeting your current needs? Our system is better now that we moved to the cloud.  Our users say it’s faster than our old server. 
  9. What can we do to help you in the future? I was provided with a server data health report with recommendations on data cleanup to help in server performance. I need to confirm with the Attivo team to complete the basic clean up.  We are eager to begin the clean-up work and work with Attivo to do so.
